A little history
Our founder, Rob Cross, left school at aged 13 to start his career in painting. After completing his apprenticeship he worked to establish R J Cross Painters in 1963 as a sub contractor. Skip forward a decade or 4 and in 2001 R J Cross Painters became “& Son” when Rob’s son, Chad Cross became a partner, working at that time with 1 additional staff.
Chad earned his overalls and became full owner and director in 2007 when Rob hung up his brushes and retired. Since then Chad continues to take the business from strength to strength, building our client base and our staff count, with a further 5 full time to help with demand.
RJ Cross & Son, Painters & Decorators has a fully serviceable team of 7 painters, a strong reputation of integrity, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, and is an accredited member of Master Painters Australia.
